Ingredients Moong Dhal. - 1/3 cup Eggplant. - 2 medium Potato. - 1 small Onion. - 1 small Tomato - 1 large Green chillies - 7 to 8 Turmeric. - 1/8 teaspoon (pinch) Tamarind purée - 1 tablespoon (Optional) Salt - as needed (one teaspoon) Seasoning Oil - 1 tablespoon Mustard - 1/2 teaspoon Urad dhal - 1/2 teaspoon Asafetida - 1/8 teaspoon (pinch) Curry leaves - 1 strip Preparation Take a pressure cooker, then add 2 cups of water.
