Steamed 

Broccoli & 

corn - need to steam or roast 

Add only black pepper, jeera powder and salt

Just and cut as thin slices and eat 

Sliced Cucumbers 🥒 

Sliced Carrots & 

Celery 

Stir fry 

Onion                                 Asparagus 

Carrots                                Broccoli 

Mushrooms                         Brussels sprouts 

Cauliflower.                        Capsicum                            

                          Zucchini

With little salt and pepper jeera powder is good enough for all this veggies. If you want more taste add ginger garlic paste, Sriracha sauce and soy sauce(optional)  one teaspoon each Mix all the spices in a pan well with one teaspoon oil add  all the veggies cubes/sticks. Sauté for one or two minutes. Have it or serve it hot. It is a super veggie snack.

Instructions for Simple chat 

Chopped onion(handful)

Chopped tomatoes(handful)

Chopped coriander leaves(handful)

Soak overnight any one of the above dal and pressure cook then mix chopped onions and tomatoes plus chopped coriander leaves with little bit chilly powder and chat masala powder, gram masala powder with salt & lemon juice. It’s a good protein snack for evening.
