Broccoli Corn Milagu Jeeragam

 Ingredients  Broccoli flowered                  - 1 medium or big Corn organic(fresh or frozen) - 1/2 cup to 1 cup Pepper & Cumin Powder - 1 teaspoon Salt.                                   - as needed Oil.                                     - 1 teaspoon  Instructions  Just steam broccoli and corn in a Idli vessel or in your way  but don’t do over cook  just five minutes to seven minutes enough. Then take a pan add one teaspoon oil add half teaspoon pepper jeera powder(if it’s mixed together you have) or add quarter spoon each and quarter spoon salt add steamed vegetables to spice. Now you can enjoy as veggie snack in evening or anytime as a salad. We all love it in our family.

Little Millet Sambar Rice/சாமை சாம்பார் சாதம்.

Little millet - 1/2 cup Thuvar Dal - 1/2 cup Cooked rice - 1 cup Vegetables - onion, tomato, carrot, green beans & peas or                   கத்தரிக்காய், முருங்கைக்காய் or zucchini  Tamarind pulp  - 2 tablespoons  Chilli powder   - 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder  - 1 teaspoon Homemade chilli powder - 1 tablespoon  Gram masala powder  -  1 teaspoon Salt                  - one teaspoon  Instructions  Take a half cup of little millet, Wash it and soak it an hour. Cook dal in a pressure pan. Keep it aside. Then cook little millet in the same cooker with one & a half cup of water.  Allow three whistles then switch off.
