Broccoli Corn Milagu Jeeragam
Ingredients
Broccoli flowered - 1 medium or big
Corn organic(fresh or frozen) - 1/2 cup to 1 cup
Pepper & Cumin Powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt. - as needed
Oil. - 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Just steam broccoli and corn in a Idli vessel or in your way but don’t do over cook just five minutes to seven minutes enough. Then take a pan add one teaspoon oil add half teaspoon pepper jeera powder(if it’s mixed together you have) or add quarter spoon each and quarter spoon salt add steamed vegetables to spice. Now you can enjoy as veggie snack in evening or anytime as a salad. We all love it in our family.
